Lash Extension Aftercare in Warwick (so they actually last)

A fill only lasts as long as the aftercare. Here is what I tell every client who sits in my chair at 755 York Rd in Warminster.

The first 24 hours

Keep lashes dry. No steam, no hot yoga, no swimming, no face-down sleep. Water and steam loosen the bond before it has set, which is why a set that looked perfect on the table can start shedding the next morning.

Clean them, gently

Clean lashes every day with a lash-safe cleanser and a soft brush. Oil-based makeup removers, mascara, and heavy cream around the eyes break the glue down. If your skin is oily, this matters even more.

Hands off

Do not pick, pull, or twist. If a lash is bothering you, come in. Pulling one extension can take natural lashes with it.

Sleep and showers

Sleep on your back if you can, or use a silk pillowcase. After the first day, you can shower as usual, then brush lashes dry so they do not dry in a clump.

When to book the fill

Classic and volume sets usually want a fill at 2-3 weeks. Waiting until they are half gone means we are rebuilding, not filling, and that costs more time in the chair.

Aftercare products

Use only cleanser and brush I approve. If you are unsure, bring what you have to your next appointment and I will tell you if it stays or goes.
